Cap's out on his boat, "The Maria D.," filming another in the ongoing series of promotional videos he uses to hustle his charter fishing business. But, then the star of the video, Flipper, balks when Cap gives him his cue. The reason: the sudden appearance, seemingly out of thin air, of a 17th century pirate ship. Cap can't believe what he's seeing .... until the pirates fire a cannon ball which explodes the bow of "The Maria D." and renders Cap unconscious.Meanwhile, back on a yacht in the Bal Harbor Marina, Jennifer and the interns are readying a pre-season auction of expensive art. Things are pretty crazy on deck, but nothing prepares Jennifer for the startling arrival of her unconscious father as he is pulled into the harbor by the ever valiant Flipper. Cap is rushed to the hospital all the while muttering deliriously about pirates. But, soon it becomes apparent that it wasn't completely hallucinatory when that pirate ship raids the art auction yacht. Maya quickly tells the story of "Black Jack McCord," a legendary pirate from the 1600s who vowed to return one day and pick up where he left off. Ultimately, Cap meets the real "Black Jack" in a dream sequence ... or is it? Tune in and find out.
