It's pre-dawn at the Bal Harbor Institute when two shadowy figures slip into the dolphin pool and snatch Aphrodite. Next morning, Flipper and the rest of the Institute staff are stunned to find the gentle dolphin missing. Time to get Tom and Quinn involved immediately, but then Holly remembers the guys are up in Miami at an EMT re-certification seminar. All looks bleak until Flipper tracks down the boat on which the two thieves have loaded Aphrodite and follows it. Then, Cap provides Jennifer with a clue which points to the stolen dolphin's ultimate destination; Miami. They hook up with Quinn and Tom, and find help in unexpected places as they race to save Aphrodite.
