The Bal Harbor Powerboat Regatta is being held and since the Marine Institute is the primary recipient of the event's charitable donations, Jennifer is deeply involved in making the festival a success. Everyone pitches in, with Dean, Maya and Holly initially handling a souvenir booth. However, Holly, disliking her menial role as sandwich board advertisement, finds another way to contribute to the event by entering the Regatta beauty pageant. Jennifer is unhappy about this and doubly annoyed when Tom takes over as interim judge. Tom is also participating as a crew member in the pro-am powerboat race finale.
