Andrew Tobin, a retired Lieutenant Colonel Tom knew in Desert Storm, comes to Bal Harbor looking for Tom for revenge. Tobin blames Tom for his declining Army career. As our story begins, Tom and Tobin have an argument on the beach, between the Shipwreck and the Sub-station. Quinn, watching from the Sub-station, sees Tom take out his gun and shoot Tobin. Meanwhile, Maya, Holly and Dean, watching from the Shipwreck, witness Tobin getting shot. Tobin falls into the ocean and Flipper attempts to save him. Contrary to what the others think they saw, Tom swears that he was acting in self-defense. But, after an extensive search, there is no trace of Tobin's body and his alleged gun. To make matters worse, there seem to be three conflicting stories of the same event. Jennifer, who went to law school, has only two and a half days to find out the entire story and gather enough evidence so that Tom's real lawyer can clear him. From the combined stories of Quinn and the interns, Tom's fate, being charged with manslaughter, seems sealed. Flipper, who has been out looking for the body, finds a dive tank and underneath it he discovers the missing gun. As Flipper races back to Bal Harbor, the pressure mounts. Will Flipper's discovery help clear Tom of the charges of manslaughter? Is Tobin really dead? And, if so, will they ever find his body? Tune in and witness this exciting episode of Flipper!
