An old frat buddy of Keith shows up asking to buy a trained dolphin but Keith refuses.
     Instead of looking any further the man captures Flipper and takes him to Cuba to perform in a new hotel there. The hotels owner insists that they get Flipper to perform by opening day but Flipper ( a wild dolphin) refuses to work with the trainer.
     Keith promises Mike that he will go to Cuba and bring Flipper back . But as he and Pam secretly arrive in Cuba, they are surprised to find Mike and Maya hiding on the boat.
     The gang meets up with the beautiful "Garcia" an old friend of Keith who helps them get into the hotel. But they are captured and Keith is thrown in a Cuban jail and the family is told Mike must get Flipper to perform.
