As Mike dreams of Flipper calling him, he awakes to find Flipper and a sick dolphin. This dolphin is one of many sick dolphins in the area. The cause is found to be an illegal toxic chemical dumped into the ocean by one of two nearby companies. As Keith searches for the culprit, Pam fights to save the dolphins life. The criminal is found and caught , but not before Mike spray paints the wrong mans car thinking he's the bad guy. Eventually the dolphin is saved and the ocean is once again safe.
