Keith (Bud) gets a surprise visit from his brother SANDY!! Although the brothers fight constantly , they team up to try to fight a group of "shark finners".
     Sandy tells Keith he works for Marine Patrol and is assigned to the shark finning project. When they confront a boat believed to be the one involved Sandy refuses to check the registration. It turns out that he was kicked off the Marine Patrol and is trying to get back on. Although the fighting between the two brothers continues, they discover where the criminals are keeping the fins. They show up and after a boat chase and a fight, Keith and Sandy catch the bad guys.
